When you come to our Model Home Center your Housing Consultant will greet you in a friendly and professional manner. Your Consultant will then spend some time finding out what you are looking for when it comes to the size and floor plan layout for your new home. Then you will be invited to look at several models that will fit your wants and needs. Once we find a home that is what you are looking for, you will be invited to come into our office to further explore how we can help you make that perfect house into a home that you and your family will be proud of. At that point we will go over your needs regarding Land Location, Contractors, Site Excavation, Utilities, Permitting, and Financing. After we have addressed all of your concerns regarding your home purchase, we will ask you for a commitment. Once we have your commitment we will arrange for you to meet with our Real Estate Agent to assist with Land Location if needed, then we will set an appointment with our Contractor for a site evaluation, and we will also submit your credit application into our Lender for an approval on your new home loan.
